Flexibility is the biggest pro for me, I feel grateful to have a role that I can successfully manage with my family life. I work remotely and feel connected to the rest of the team through video chat. There’s always enough pressure to feel motivated, but when I’ve gone through a slump I’ve had great support from management to help me see where things have gone wrong and how I can improve it for next time, rather than berate me for the mistake.

Continuum is like a family, very supportive both in work and with personal life, during the pandemic care packages were sent regularly and regular catch ups happened which helped with mental health. The company events are also very fun, I appreciate the work hard & celebrate environment.

Colleagues & managers treat you like family and not like a worker. Your private life matters just as much as your career which is amazing and unheard of in a profession like recruitment where most companies chain you to your desk and phone.
